Auditing WIITYyD
Originally launched as the introspective workshop series “Board of Directors Meeting”, this offering has evolved into the newly rebranded “Auditing WIITYyD” — a bold, reflective experience emerging from the Clubhouse house WIITWD (What It Is That We Do), founded and led by babygirl_glaze.
“Auditing WIITYyD (what it is that Yyou do)” dives deep into the layered construction of kink identity, inviting participants to interrogate the question: What Is It That Yyou Think Yyou’re Doing? It creates space to re-align one’s intentions with one’s kink identity. This reimagined session blends personal accountability, identity work, and kink curation, guiding attendees through an internal audit of the archetypes, values, and power structures they bring into their play and community presence.
Using the “Board of Directors” framework, this workshop explores the layers of self that influence how we show up in kink and community and invites participants to examine:
• Who’s speaking the loudest in your kink journey?
• Who’s been silenced or neglected?
• Which parts of you are leading with intention, and which parts are simply reacting?
Expect dialogue. Reflection. And tools to help you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and consent—internally and externally. This isn’t about getting it “right”—it’s about getting honest. It’s about exploring the why behind the what, and making sure your desires, roles, and practices are actually in service of your truest self—not just inherited scripts, community expectations, or unexamined habits.
Inspired by the ethos of the Black Kink Network — a space rooted in cultural affirmation, intentional kink, and communal care — this workshop offers tools to re-align one’s kink practice with their evolving self. Whether you’re newly exploring or deeply seasoned, “Auditing WIITYyD” is your invitation to meet your inner Board of Directors and ask: Who’s really running the show?
