An applied exploration of Leather Values and lived etiquette within kink and BDSM spaces.
This open-level workshop unpacks how experience with communal language, protocol, and conduct reflect respect, consent, affirmation, and pleasurable engagement when “on the scene.” Participants learn to navigate communal spaces with awareness, integrity, and accountability, understanding that intersecting personal dynamics with shared culture is a choice, not a default requirement. Fetiquette honors boundaries around private dynamics while emphasizing intentional engagement with public presence that still honors one’s station.

ABOUT:
Nikki amethyst glaze, Ms. SouthEast LeatherFest 2025, Co-Founder of the Black Kink Network, member of and in service to The Forge and House Mantis, is a Black Queerfemme, Leathergirl, writer, performer, and educator holding space where affirmation, protection, and transformation meet. her work lives at the intersections of kink, clinical care, and community, guided by a trauma-aware, systems-oriented lens that asks us to look deeper at power, identity, and the ways we practice what we claim.
Known for her duality of playful reverence, glaze carries a presence that is both grounded and electric, reminding us that Leather calls us to witness, uplift, and transform. she moves with sacred servanthood, intention, care, and the knowing that none of this work is done alone. As a 5/1 Self-Projected Projector, glaze practices her Human Design experiment daily, offering others guidance and encouragement in their own journeys. With “Each One, Reach One,” glaze calls us back to each other to hold, to reach, and to remain accountable, ensuring we remain, through communal legacy.
SuciaKINK is the BDSM education and exploration arm of SuciaNYC, dedicated to cultivating erotic intelligence, intentional power exchange, and conscious desire. Through workshops, salons, and curated play experiences, SuciaKINK grounds kink in consent, culture, accountability, and integration. Our work centers Black, queer, and marginalized communities as origin points, not afterthoughts.
